Don't use new version of Wifi Teather

I saw a new version of WiFi teather available for download.
The new version was about 2 hours old.

I downloaded it, installed it, saw that it had a Rezound option.
Selected the Rezound option, started it - it never really starts up and then the phone reboots.
In a reboot loop.

I am on stock rooted GB.

I figure I need to ruu, but first I'll try "factory reset".

Nope nope - I realize I can boot ramon backup and do a restore.
My last backup is from early May, so I'll lose nearly two months of apps I installed and customizations.

Search boot loop and follow the instructions. It is a radio issue that you can solve without a factory reset.
