dolphin hd - flash no worky :(

for whatever reason i cant get flash to work in dolphin hd, ill go to a site where i know flash is required and it just shows a blue box with a question mark in it, i have it set to enable pplug ins in the settings, can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
