Does VZW change the Internet IP when browsing?

Does anyone know if Verizon changes the IP for our browsers on our droids?

for example, I got IP banned from a site using my droid, is there a way around this?

Don't do something that will get you banned.

looks like i had to help myself and ill help others who have this problem. switch phone into airplane mode then switch back = new IP.. Thanks for helping, you are some honorable gentlemen
