Does gmail ride on email?

Humm...maybe there's no relation... I went into email and its not configured nor ever has been and I cleared the cache and attempted to force close it.

After doing all that I can still access gmail.

for some reason my gmail notification is not working... maybe its a temporary glitch.

is your phone syncing? Check the settings under gmail too.

You da man!... boy do I feel stupid now! :mad:

I never turn it off so I didn't even think of that.. but the other day I was playing with that setting as it seemed it wasn't syncing very fast and I forgot about it.

As soon as I rechecked the "sync" button it fired up!

You're welcome, I had that moment not to long ago... I totally forgot applications have individual settings.

I blame it on being a guy thing "at least to my wife"..... get so tunneled on a certain thought pattern or look, shape, or color, can't see the obvious!

That sounds much better than a senior moment!
