Good morning fellow droid-a-holics. I use Rom Manager for all of my backups and most of my rom installs. When you back up your rom does this back up the kernel you are using or are they 2 completely different things? For instance if i restore my stock froyo with a 1ghz kernel do i have to reinstall my kernel i used with that backup or do i need to flash the kernel again?

the backup is of everything including kernel so if you restore a backup it also restores the kernel
