Does AT&T have an Android phone that can be rooted?

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if AT&T has an Android phone that can be rooted and run the Wireless Tether APK???

Yes, the Samsung Captivate is easily rooted. There is also a way to get around AT&T's blocking of the "Install Non-Market Apps" feature, it's called side loading.
