Does anyone know of an app besides root explorer that will show the /data folder? If I have to I can wait until I get paid to buy this app, but I would rather not because I'm trying to theme my swype, lol. Any input would be nice.

No, I originally thought it did but I was very confused as to why it said "this directory is y," then someone told me astro won't show that folder.

I see, lol. Worth looking into, I tried my best to stay away from terminal commands but when I finally did take the plunge it made my life a whole lot easier when it comes to modding my phone especially in conjunction with something like root explorer.

As far as a root file browser, try android mate, I just found it and took it for a little test drive. it doesn't work as well root explorer(IMO) but it seems as though it will get your job done, for free of course.
