I am about ready to pull the trigger and buy Docs2go, on sale at the Market for $7.04 (July 4, get it?) but I have read it always checks for account status each time you open it. This could be concern if I am overseas and without a data connection.
Any thoughts/experience with this? Is there anything comparable that doesn't require the status check?
I know that 7bucks is close to a simple Big Mac meal but this small annoyance causes a concern if it happens every single time I want to use the app or without a proper connection.
