Docking station problem

Stock Sapphire - I put my phone in the docking station at night and tap the power button to turn off the screen. Usually once each night the screen will wake up and display the standard docking screen or the screen saver. I don't think I have anything scheduled to wake up the phone except for a Titanium backup and it doesn't seem to coincide with that task.

Is anyone else seeing this or have any ideas on what might be waking it up?

It looks like this may be Titanium Backup waking up the phone. I set it to backup at 5am and that's about the time it came on this morning. I had been backing up at 2am and that's when it was happening before.
