Do Not Disturb glitches

I have the MediSafe app, whichis supposed to alert me to take a med at 5:35 am. On my Galaxy Note Edge, it would do this, even during Do Not Disturb, which was scheduled to end at 6 am. On this phone, it won't play an audio alert, even when given priority status. It vibrates, but doesn't sound or light up the screen.

Also, if I enable Do Not Disturb manually and set it to end after a certain time, it doesn't end.

Has anyone else run into this?

Hello mine works fine even tho I do not use the do not disturb feature. I only use mine a 10am but it does go off in silent mode. Do you have the play sound in silent mode checked

I do and it doesn't override Do Not Disturb or Mute. If the phone is in Vibrate, the sound plays. If it's under that, no sound.

Did u try turning the phone off and on or uninstalling the app and reinstalling

And can you do me a favor and get on the ebay app and do a search for something then try to scroll thru the results and see if u get major lag thanks

I'm in contact with MediSafe's dev team. I told them that the sound alerts work in vibrate mode, but not in Mute or DVD and they said they would escalate it to their tech department.

Scrolling through eBay app search results is herky jerky.

Ok thanks for the ebay update lol I contacted them and they also said they would pass it to there development team, I think its something to do with 7.0

So far, the apps I've run into issues with are:

1. MediSafe with audio alerts not playing in Mute or DND mode.
2. eBay with its herky jerky scrolling.
3. Paper Airplanes doesn't geolocate properly, even with permission set.
4. Deviantart doesn't give me push notifications, while it does on my 5.1 tablet.

Mine so far is just ebay, but wen I first got the phone tapatalk push notifications didn't work until they updated the app

My wife v20 had no cell service yesterday, she had to restart her phone and it came back. I hope this isn't a constant problem.

So, I got the new MediSafe from the Play Store. It no longer crashes when alerting in DND mode. Now it makes no sound whatsoever, even with a sound scheme, Sound in Mute and custom volume selected. The app has priority status to override DND.
