do i need set cpu

    I know this has been asked but i ant find it......are we suppose to use to use set cpu with bb .04?

    You don't have to. Pete has a script that will manage the kernel. If you do run setcpu it will override Pete's script.

    "Supposed to" depends on what you intend to do. If you want to manage your CPU then SetCPU is useful. If you don't, then there's no need.

    I've tried it both ways. You don't really need it but I use it so I can use "profiles" and set up different speeds for when I have it plugged in, on standby, temp watch, etc.
