I have been having an ODD issue over the past few weeks. I will go to text my wife and she is gone from my phone. Go to text someone else, good friend, gone. Look in google contacts and my normally 400 strong contact list has 75 random contacts that I know in there.
I finally restored from a time in the past and got most of them back. I exported that list to my pc so that I would have it. Hoping it was an isolated event. Nope, every so often, no pattern to it, I will notice that my contacts are gone again. I have to import them again to get them back.
I have my phone synced to my google account. I have facebook set to merge data with existing contacts. Why the heck would it be deleting contacts. Any thoughts / suggestions / things to try?
