I'm an idiot. I enabled JIT without making a current backup. Everything was fine for a few hours, but I am now getting nonstop FCs (even after rebooting). Is it possible to disable JIT using ADB?

    Yes.
    Code:
    adb pull /system/build.prop build.prop
Using a text editor (notepad will work) open that file. Scroll down to the bottom, looking for the line
    Code:
    dalvik.vm.execution-mode=int:jit
    and change it to
    Code:
    dalvik.vm.execution-mode=int:fast
    Code:
    adb push build.prop /system/
    adb reboot
