Dinc 2 Boot Loop Please Help!

While Touchdown was syncing on my Dinc2 tonight my phone locked up. It was unresponsive to any keys. After a while I decided to pull the battery and do a reboot. When the phone booted back up it went into boot loop. After doing some reading on these forums I figured out how to get the phone into recovery mode but I am not sure of the best way to proceed from there. Should I do a factory reset and if so does that mean I will have to reload all my apps, etc.?

Please help me as soon as possible. I need this phone for work tomorrow and am not sure what I am doing.
