Wanted to go back to stock from "Liberty"; went to clockworks to restore, it said no backup found (I know I backed it up).
Asked what to do (here) and was told to download and run "OTA 2.3.340".
Did that and was running (with battery cover off); gee only me; I dropped the phone and the battery came out (didn't think that was supposed to happen).
Boot now comes to the liberty screen and is stuck there.
Holding power button and home button gets me to only 4 options:

    Reboot system now
    Apply sd card: update.zip
    wipe data/factory reset
    wipe cache partition

When starting OTA 2.3.340 I wiped the factory reset and cache (as instructions said to do).

With no reload/reset options in hard reset am I bricked or is there hope for it?

Please say there is an option.

    Rick

Wipe data/factory reset and see if you can boot normally. If not, you'll need to SBF the phone.

    It should be quite recoverable.
