Devour loosing time

I have had my Devour on several occasions loose time. My system clock, Weather app clock and clock app are all synced, but there 45 minutes to an hour slow. I have to reboot the phone to correct. hasn't happened through the night yet, but I use this phone for my alarm and this could really screw me over. I see nothing similar in other threads, so starting this post.
