I am looking to sell my Droid X. I've recently upgraded & no longer need my X.
I was wondering if there was any easy way to wipe the phone clean from all content.
History, contacts, pictures, videos, applications, etc.
I want to make it so it can be sold and a new user can have it feel as if it is a new phone.

Thanks

Go into settings-privacy and there should be an option for a factory reset. That will erase all the info from your phone.

I'm coming from a Droid1 and Droid3, so my information may be a little faulty...

...But I imagine all you need to do is a factory reset. If I remember right, somewhere in the process it'll ask you if you want to delete the sd card as well. Factory reset can be found in settings>privacy>factory data reset. Cheers :)

So, I did the factory reset & included deleting SD cards. Should have deleted everything, right? Just double-checking, as I am looking to sell it.
Thanks.

To my knowledge, yes...the phone should now be as if it's just been pulled out of the box for the first time.
