deleting a map from layers

    Can someone tell me how to delete a map from layers. I have tried numerous ways and can't seem to succeed.

    Do you mean delete a layer? not sure you can delete a map.

    if you're looking to remove layers from your map, it's pretty counter-intuitive. the only way that you can do it, is to "Clear Map" and then reselect what you want.

    As a matter of privacy, I navigated to a place and now whenever I go to layers, see the place. Would like to erase it.
