1. You want that $100.00 in your pocket or an Amazon Fire TV don't you? Well here's the deal. With our new updated look we are in desperate need of an updated logo. The 'old' one has certainly served us well, but it's time. Find all the details here: bit.ly/1q0k6Wa

I did a quick search, but wasn't sure what to search for. If this problem has been discussed please just refer me to the post.

I recently root'd my Droid and installed SS 4.7 by ChevyNo1 along with his 0.8Ghz lowV 7 slot kernel. After doing so I used Titanium Backup to restore my apps and system settings. When all was said and done everything looked and ran great. I adjusted some more settings and rebooted my phone. When it came back on I opened my "Games" folder and found that most of the icons were replaced with what looks like a default market icon.

Has anyone else had this problem and know a fix?

Have you tried restoring the apps again with Titanium Backup?
Also, what ROM were you running when you BACKED UP your system settings? It could be something from the backup has gone bad in this new ROM. Typically I restore apps only, then slowly but surely I'll restore app data one by one to be sure things still run smoothly. Time consuming - sure, but it limits potential issues.

I was running stock 2.2 before when I did the original backup. I have attempted to re-restore my apps but I still get this cosmetic problem. All my apps work fine, just the icon is defaulted. I have since remade all my folders (they look great) and then rebooted my phone for ****s-n-grins, when it came back on half the icons (different ones each time) were defaulted again.

You may have to restart the launcher multiple times to get the icons back. If the apps are there, this generally works for me.
