    Most likely your package is delayed due to an unforeseen situation. Please wait a 2-3 more business days. If the package still doesn’t arrive then please contact us here.

    If your package has a tracking numbers then please check your country’s postal service website for the latest information.

    Please verify that your payment is confirmed and none of the items are back ordered or sold out. If the issue persists then please contact us here.

    :greendroid: Can processing be expedited / does purchasing EMS expedite processing?

    DX.COM does not have an expedited processing option. Purchasing EMS only expedites postal service mailing time.

    :greendroid: How are customs and taxes issues handled?

    The customs and import issues including any taxes, tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. Invoices are never included in the package. Hong Kong warehouse items and international warehouse items are not subject to any export taxes.

    Regarding the package declaration, orders shipped with airmail use the product category for the description.

    :greendroid: What is the RMA & returns procedure?

    Please do not discard the mailing envelope and product packaging. Pictures of the proceeding items are needed when contacting DX.COM. Know more detail about DX.COM's return policy from here
