Deactivated my RAZR, now internal storage wont present to my PC?

I deactivated my RAZR and left it's old sim card in, now internal storage wont present to my PC.
The memory card i have inserted presents, but the internal does not. I have to use the files app
to move stuff to the sim card, which is actually working out for me, but hey I thought I would ask.

I think it has to do with the sim card because every time I look at storage settings now, the sim
card tries and fails to check in. Also just wondering if there is some basic changes I should make to
help use the RAZR as a straight wifi android media/gaming device?

I just started using my old RAZR for this. First, remove the SIM card from your phone. Then put your phone in airplane mode and turn on Wi-Fi. Now you can use it as you please without ever having to worry about possibly re-activating it.

As for your storage problem, which version of the software are you running? Try checking the USB settings in the phone for how it is set to communicate with your computer. You could also try using a different SD card if you believe that is the problem.
