My nexus 4.2 's data log doesn't reset even though I set the billing cycle , and its usage numbers are WAY off from Verizon. Is it counting WiFi also? Can it be set straight?
I don't have a Nexus so I'm not certain I have any answer for why it isn't resetting. I do know that those counters, in my experience, haven't been all that accurate. I use an app called Onavo Count that is very accurate. It will help with the data but not the WiFi. My guess is that the counter app is somewhere in the settings - apps all area and you may want to try to locate it and reset the defaults and cache.
