Data shuts off with video chat?

So I'm running cyanogen 7 but i've tried other roms as well but no matter what 4g always drops whenever I use an application that utilizes video chat. This includes gtalk and skype. Anyone know why 4g would drop the second video chat is initialized.

Your data connection will drop, usually for no reason except trying to load something from the internet, it's just a sad fact of life for many Verizon phones, 4G at least.... But I know data works fine on stock roms and Vicious MIUI ICS... but Vicious removed the links for it so....
