Data roaming

How do I enable data while roaming. It was easy on my og... Just go into settings/ mobile networks/ check box saying international data roaming. I do not see that box on the bionic.

What is the exact box that needs to be selected. Is it still international data roaming? I am trying to walk my mom through this via e mail. she is coming from a miro text and is a little overwhelmed.

I haven't seen an international setting, but there is a checkbox for data roaming.
