My gf's tb has been having terrible data since accepting the last ota a few weeks ago.

She is rooted but running a stock rom

I'd check to see which radio you're on because that OTA had a new radio from what I remember.

How do you do that?

Under the settings and about phone, go to software and check which version the software number is. It should be 2.11.605.9. Then go to hboot (power off, volume down + power button i believe) and it should say RADIO at the top. Let's see whatcha got on both.
