Is there an easy way to restore apps and settings from a previous backup after doing a data and cache wipe via nandroid? I've flashed a few roms so far but find it to be a pain to have to reinstall apps (I know the history is stored in the app market) and configure them again. I'd like to go to the latest BB rom (actually have it on my droid now) but I'd like to see if there is any special backup I need to do prior to the data wipe to be able to restore some of that data.

    Thanks,
    -Josh

    This, BUT.

You should only backup Apps and App-related data. Don't backup system settings (aside from desktop maybe) because when you restore the system settings on a different ROM you're likely to have problems. (Unless you're just going to a newer version of the same ROM)
