Das banf 1.6 question

I believe the pattern lock is broken. Regardless of the pattern if you swipe down on the pattern screen it unlocks without failure is this a das banf 1.6 Rom issue or something else?

I am on BAMF 1.6.3 and tried this out to test it for you. It worked fine for me. I set my pattern and then told it to take effect immediately instead of the default of 15 minutes. I locked my phone and then went to unlock it. I first dragged down and then had to use my pattern to unlock it. Hope this helps.
