We went from just having Fission to a few. There's 2 slimmed and now Fenom's and 13th's. What's the difference between them?

Someone may come along an answer for you on this but I rather doubt it. Usually you have to try them and find out for yourself, because the way one ROM performs for one person may be different for another. People usually have a hard enough time getting details about a new OS, let alone different ROMS.

Not to mention reading the first post kind of outlines what each rom features so you can compare the list to another rom.

Preference, performance, needs. Like it has been said each rom has its own strengths and weaknesses. Best way to learn is try them out.
