D2G and GPS

Howdy everyone,

I drive a service route for a living and I wanted good GPS, my wife got me this phone.
Started using it back in May, before the GB update and had a lot of freeze / lockups which would cause the phone to power down and restart. Using the GPS after the GB update has been much better. No lockups at all so far, battery seems to hold a charge longer.

Does anyone else use this phones GPS daily?

I do now. I also had that problem before the update.

I rarely use mine but I've had great success using 3rd party GPS's like Waxed for example.

I use Sygic almost daily. Great looking 3D nav app.

I also use GPS Essentials and Alpine Quest for off road nav/tracks.

I've only used my D@G GPS a couple of times, but each time it performed in a satisfactory. Once the maps weren't accurate and led me to the wrong spot, but that wasn't the D2G's fault.
