    0. Root your phone.
    1. Download ROM Manager (Free) from the Market.
    2. Flash ClockworkMod recovery through ROM Manager.
    3. Download CyanogenMod, choose Google Apps.
    4. Press OK to install.

Is there anyway we can get some way to see the screen shots for themes from within Rom manager? Would also be nice if there was a pop up before the Google apps part saying if we need to wipe data and stuff for the install.

What about the sdcard partitioning? Is it needed.

Ya most are out there. I tho.k it would just make Rom manager that much better. see a new theme in there and get to see what it looks like right away instead of having.g to go search for it.

If you hit your menu button when under a rom manager section you should get a link to the devs web site.

What, exactly, is so slow? Downloading a ROM? The servers that RM rely on our getting heavy use at the moment, as so many people are bailing from UD. You are using Wi-Fi when downloading, right? Downloading over 3g will be very slow, but that's not RM's fault.
