Current location incorrect!

I have factory reset my phone numerous times, and still my phone shows my location as el prado. Wherever that is. I have logged in to Google website and made sure my settings are to show current location. Yet it is still wrong! Anyone else having this problem or have any troubleshooting tips? Please help! Also my time changes.

My unIncredible doesn't show the correct location either, it used too. I've reset everything, turned the GPS services off & on and in different combinations to have nothing change. I'm quite sure there are quite a few folks with the same problem and that Verizon & Google are aware of the problem. BUT, profits before performance!!! Perhaps someone has a fix for this.
