Create Flashable App Zip File

I would like to create a flashable zip file for the user apps I find myself installing after every ROM flash and I have been flashing a lot lately with no sign of slowing down lol. Would save alot of time to flash ROM and then flash app zip right after.

Is their an app or windows xp compatible program that will do the work for me? I'm just beginning my adb so this level of scripting is a little tough right now. Thanks!

okay so go download a zip for gapps or google apps and unzip it then remove all the apps inside along with library files...
then edit the install script to remove all unnessicary things. then to resign it download an app on the market to resign it.
