Crashed Droid Razr This is not good can anyone Help?

I was trying to upgrade my gingerbread to the new ICS, I followed all the steps but when i copied the new ICS to my sd card it did not copy correctly i didn't realize this until after i erased gingerbread and everything else on my phone i did have bootstrap back up but i cant access this is there anything i can to to fix this? please help!!

once i have this torrent how do I get it to the razer and open it?

You will have to make sure that you have the Moto Drivers installed and then get into fastboot on the Razr (volume up & down and power at the same time)...there should be instructions in Matt's Utility as well to help walk ya thru it...
