One more question, do I select wipe data/factory reset to wipe out cache? Or somewhere else?

It also gives me an error, "sd-ext does not exist", what is that?

You should see both options there pretty much next to one another but it is covered under the factory reset. And do not worry about the sd-ext error since it is normal in my experience, never even noticed it until someone pointed it out lol.
