(from your signature) - PLAN ahead before you ROOT, Your are only HURTING the community when you return a user-bricked phone!:icon_evil:

Truer words have never been spoken! Thanks for including that in your signature. Too many people feel that if the rooting, or rom installation goes wrong, they can just return it to Verizon and get a new phone. If you break it, YOU fix it (or pay someone who CAN fix it) should be the way *everyone* approaches tinkering with their phones.

I know the app, you did not read my thread carefully...
I want Liberty add it in the toolbox, or in the Liberty Setting...

This doesn't fix the brightness of the hard keys, but it will at least make so they'll only be on in low light environments.

-Open Root Explorer
-Navigate to /system/ and mount r/w
-Long press on build.prop and open in text editor
-Add the following to the end of the file:

ro.com.motorola.smartsensor=true

-Reboot

Or just open the build prop editor via Liberty Toolbox.
Or just FLASH it.

It's mostly for when the phone is docked and affects other things such as turning your phone face down to silence. Also, it doesn't always work.
