I have been having a problem getting corporate email from Outlook to download to company smart phones. The phones receive the Outlook contacts, appointments, email folders, but will not download the actual email. These email accounts can send email from their phone but no email comes in. Tried Touchdown. Doesn't work. The strange thing is .... there is one email account at work that will work flawlessly with the DroidX, LG Vortex and Original Droid. This one email account can be installed on any smartphone and it works, however, everyone else's emails do not. All these email accounts were set up at the same time when we installed our server two years ago. What would make one email account work and all the rest fail??? I have been knocking my head against the wall on this one for almost a year. Now we are moving off of Blackberries and I have 6 Droids that I need working ASAP!!
