I am developing an app for android/IOS that uses screenshots from movies/TV Shows/Interviews/speeches. The app is for educational purpose and commercial. Is there going to be a copyright problem?

If yes, what is the best way to handle this?

The best way to handle it is to contact a lawyer and get a professional legal opinion. There are fair use laws but you'll need a lawyer to sort them out.

Read my book on intellectual property published by West. And/or call me for a free consultation.

That's because you forgot to dial 1-900 first.
