Copy App to a different Android phone?

There is a free app (which is no longer available in the market) on my Moto Cliq. Is there a way to copy/move it to my Droid?

Pull it with adb and adb push it onto your Droid.

or just use something like mybackup to store it on your SD card then transfer it

Thanks all... I just installed and then used Astro File Manager to backup the app to the Cliq's microSDHC. Copy'ed the Backup Folder to my MAC, then installed Astro on my Droid.

I then copied the Backup Folder to my Droid's microSDHC, installed Astro and then installed the app! Worked like a charm...
