pretty cool - i could use this a lot during the day!

one question... i can't seem to get my mouse to be able to control it, so far it's strictly viewing what i'm doing on the phone (i can't watch your video at the moment)

i'm not sure why the mouse won't move anything...i had to restart my computer when i couldn't connect and then it started working when i first got it

i don't know about the agent part...it worked for me right after i downloaded it.
u need to have the android sdk installed and a recent verion of java, that's all i know. if that doesn't work try rebooting the computer and try again

Can't get this to work "Unable to launch application" - details say it times out looking for list of devices.

I was also getting hung up with the devices not found, in XP. I just went into adb and then ad shell to trigger the daemon process. Then exited the shell, and ran the program again. Worked perfectly. Kinda cool application, but on my computer things are painfully slow. Need to try it on my faster work pc.
