contacts help

ok so i flashed a new rom on my phone but when i do backup assistant it only recovers 9 of my 80 contacts....why is this?

I have no contacts at all google wont even recover them but when I get a text or a call it shows their name?

go into either stock recovery or CWM recovery or both and wipe cache

a few questions

did you try flashing v0.8 because if i remeber correctly .9 had issues and i personally ran .8 and had no issue
is it working other then the contacts issue

No have not tried 8 but yes other then the contacts it seems to be running fine

Go log into your gmail account, connect your phone to your PC, go to contacts in gmail and export them to the SD on your phone.

I had done that to check and it only shows the same 9 contact as on my phone and should be 80?

Log into your VZW account and see if the contacts are there.

Nope it is empty I dont get if they are gone why it still shows who it is when they text or call

OK try this, go into recovery, restore your stock rooted back up, assuming you made one, verify contacts, then export to sd, then reflash ROM and if contacts aren't there hit menu while on contacts page and import from sd, I know its a work around but it will get contacts there
