Contacts and Caller ID

I had this problem with my Moto Q9C as well. I have my coworkers listed in my contacts directory, with phone extensions. In addition, I also have the main switchboard of my company listed as well. When I get a call (or place a call) to the company, it seems to pick one of my coworkers contacts at random and displays them in the caller ID.

So I guess my question is: how do you list multiple contacts with the same number and have the caller ID display properly?
