Contact search by number?

Are there any contact applications out there where you can search by the phone number? I remember on my Q if i started dialing a phone number all the contacts with those numbers would come up? Tried searching for it on the forums couldnt find much.

There is one. I had it installed recently. I can't remember the name. I will try to figure it out and report back. The dialer would call upon the contact list based on T9 entry and phone number entry.

Dialer One is what you are looking for.

Once installed, go to Settings -> T9 Search Mode and set it to Name+Number. By default it is on Name only.

Yeah, Dialer One is what I'm using, it's great. It's exactly what the stock dialer should have been... The only gripe I have is that it doesn't show the Facebook pictures, but that's a small price to pay for the added functionality!

Droid Applications - Droid Forum - Verizon Droid & the Motorola Droid Forum
and then theres a button at the top that says "new topic" right before all the topics are listed, hope that helps.
