Constant Error Message

I am repeatedly getting an error message that reads: "the process com.motorola.service.main has stopped unexpectedly," and then get forced out of whatever process i was working on. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!

Factory reset is a harsh option, but no biggie if you have a backup to restore data.
