Connecting to my PC

I'm having trouble uploading music from my PC to my DNA. I can't seem to get my computer to recognize the phone's storage. Any ideas? I have debugging activited from the developer options

When I connect my phone, under my computer the phone shows up as a personal media player, but when you open it up you get access to the internal memory. You should also be prompted to install the HTC Drivers when you plug in your phone.

Ok turns out my Anti-Virus was preventing the software from being downloaded. I'm good to go now.
