Conflicting apps ??

First off not saying sorry if this has been discussed this site is getting bigger and bigger every day,and i try to keep up with all the help that is here wonderfull siite for us droid geeks Sorry for the rant just feel bad for folksd that have to start a post by saying sorry ... Anywhoo my question is about conflicting apps that are to wrok to help save battery life and memory. I'm using juicedefender paid ver and memory manager, I always hear about peeps getting all this bat life, i dont do to bad if i stay off of it but wtf wouldi do that for any imput on this from other peeps that for sure know more then me would be apprecaited GO Droid!!!
