My Commando is rooted using Super One Click. I've frozen and backed up most of the bloatware using Titanium Pro. When I got to Youtube app, I accidentally deleted it. No big deal, I thought, I'll just restore using the last backup. I clicked restore and it sat there forever, still saying it was restoring Youtube. After a while, I powered off the phone not realizing it was still in the process of restoring. Now, when I try to power up, it goes to the Gz'one screen for a bit, then powers off and repeats. Battery removal is the only way to power it down, but it still won't power up.

What are my options to resolve this? I need help! Thanks.

Alright, after some research, I cannot find a way to enter recovery when the phone is powered off. According to what I read, there isn't a way!

Interesting "Security" on Commando - Android Forums

So, as bad as I hated to, I went back to Verizon and got a new phone since I'd only had it for 8 days.

Alright guys, I'm the one who has to live with my decision, so don't chastise me because of what I did. Anyway, now that I have my new phone, I'm very reluctant to root it unless I know there's a way to reverse , or return it back to stock. I know the brick was probably my fault, due to powering off phone when Ti Backup was restoring the YouTube app...But who knew that would brick it? Lesson learned on my part.

What did Verizon have to say about the rooted phone?

There was no way to tell. It was stuck at the "Gz'One" startup logo where it would stay for a minute, then it would say "Starting Up", the animated status bar would move, then phone would power off and the whole process would repeat.

Soooo....you didn't have to pay for the second one? Exchange for defective device?
