There are tons of CM9 theme chooser themes, Official MEGA CM9 Theme Chooser Collection [388 THEMES] (UPDATED 9/11/2012) - xda-developers . The bulk of which should be in the play store.

If/when you make it to CM10, there is a thread for them too. Official MEGA CM10 Theme Chooser Thread [257 THEMES] [UPDATED 9/11/12] - xda-developers Once again, most of which are on the play store.

Make sure the theme has support for the DPI you plan on running.

Can i flash cm10 coming from aokp m6 do i need to do any sbf or anything like that or i just regular flash through clockwork? And can i just flash back and forth between both roms?

Outside of the recommended wipe between ROMs, bouncing between ICS and JB is doable. No special steps.
