I did all that I downloaded apn app n created that folder n now idk wat to do now I can't figure it out

If you created the folder and d/led the app as well as d/led the file from the post, put the file in the folder you created on the SDcard. So there should now be a folder in the main directory of your sdcard named APNBackupRestore with the file in it.
(sorry meant to say 4th post then not 3rd)

Run the app, and click delete APNs. Afterward, you will select the file you d/led into the folder by selecting the Restore APNs button.

Also remember 3g must be enabled to send and receive MMS.

Does the sending or downloading of pictures just hang then fail?

It tries to send em or receive em for about 5 min then it fails

This is making me mad. Now out won't even back up or restore apn it just say 0 failed 0 backed up 0 restored ... Idk wat to do I dnt wana get a different ROM I like this one

Try placing the file in there again, reboot, and try again.

I switched back to sense 3.0 n did that apn thing n it worked I got my picture messaging back. I love this ROM
