    GSX,

Winner has had it working for a week or so now. The problem with the CM version is their git build is still pulling an older libaudiopolicy.so file which makes it not work. Winner is manually pulling the correct file to get it to work. I do not know enough about programming and how this CM commit git works, but it appears to me it should be a "chip-shot" to fix on CM, if someone would just take the time.

The fix is literally deleting a single file.

libaudiopolicy.so That file is built from source now instead of just being pulled from the phone. Before it was pulling the one from the phone which was meant for froyo. That didn't work with GB so they had to build it from source so that it worked with GB.

I haven't been running winners that long and I was so used to deleting the apk as soon as I flashed it so I didn't give it a chance until I flashed 13 today. Glad someone is lookin out for the og droid.

I have been swapping out the libaudiopolicy.so manually to fix dsp manager until my friend made me an app that does it for me. I'll share it http://db.tt/yIByVf8 wipe dsp manager's data with titanium backup before ruining the app. It needs root permission in order to mount system read/write and will reboot the phone.

Thats odd. Sometimes I am able to get it to work properly. Wish i could figure out what that is, but it seems like the shorter the better.

It appears to write the movie, but then freezes when you end it and does not write a closing header and makes the movie unable to be viewed. It's very annoying.

Deleting it got me stuck at M. Should I have swapped it with one from your build?

That should work. You should do this in adb though.

I'm not even sure it's worth doing, just run his build.

How come those cool screen on/off animations randomly just stop working all together? Is there a setting that will disable them and the only way to get them back is a reflash?

Sidenote: I am extremely extremely pleased that the DSP manager now works! Now I can finally get off of UD 2.5
