    He left the forums due to a dispute with the admins and is running solely off his personal website.

    CVPCS said that D1 RC will drop this week. He also said CM7 has been booted on DX.

    I thought I read that rc wouldn't drop until DSP is fixed...it must be close then...:)

    Increasing Prime's voltages a bit and disabling screenoff profiles that throttled the CPU solved similar problems for me. Even when asleep it appears the CPU needs to hum along at the 900 MHz mark for about 50% of the time to keep up. This is based on time in state numbers. Despite this, my battery life is still great and no heat issues. I have compcache off now as well.

    I have an interesting problem. I have ben running nightlies flawlessly and I am on build 41. I tried uninstalling SetCPU and found that it was causing random reboots after I did that. So I reinstalled SetCPU and now my kernel will only go up to 800 even though I changed 20overclock to have a max of 1000. Also, the phone apk won't work. When I press it, it goes to a blackscreen and FCs.

    Please, any help with those issues would be so appreciated. So confusing. Why wouldn't 20overclock be kicking in?

    I went back to stock CM and am not seeing the same issues so maybe it just needs a voltage bump above what prime's stuff is set at.

    Just for reference, which vsel values did you use?

    Do you have "set on boot" selected in SetCPU? If so, uncheck that. Uninstalling SetCPU was not your cause for random reboots though. Likely just a coincidence. I would leave it uninstalled.

    Here are my current values. They are between 1 and 4 above prime's levels. I tried to pick a spot half way between his and stock CM when possible. Might be able to lower them a bit but its working too well now to warrant messing with it.

    $ export PATH=/data/local/bin:$PATH
    $ cat /proc/overclock/mpu_opps
    mpu_opps[7] rate=900000000 opp_id=7 vsel=62
    mpu_opps[6] rate=800000000 opp_id=6 vsel=60
    mpu_opps[5] rate=600000000 opp_id=5 vsel=58
    mpu_opps[4] rate=550000000 opp_id=4 vsel=52
    mpu_opps[3] rate=400000000 opp_id=3 vsel=46
    mpu_opps[2] rate=300000000 opp_id=2 vsel=39
    mpu_opps[1] rate=200000000 opp_id=1 vsel=39

    I'm compiling and testing the kernel, over and over...hopefully it will pass all tests soon.

    *edit*
    I will release an updated reprimed kernel afterwards, to everyone having issues please disable compcache for the time being. If this doesn't resolve the issue raising the voltages in /etc/init.d/20overclock a few numbers is encouraged.

    aaaand suddenly I lost root. I think I might know what the culprit is. I installed busybox 1.18.something using stericson's Busybox Installer from the market. Now since I don't have root, I can't even revert back to an earlier version of busybox.
